Stretch marks are a form of scarring that appear after your skin quickly stretches or shrinks. They often happen due to pregnancy, weight gain, weight loss, use of steroid creams and bodybuilding. Stretch marks don’t hurt but they are unsightly and can affect your mental health. They can make you worry about how others look at you. They can also affect how you think about yourself and your behavior. You may experience stress, anxiety and depression.
We proudly introduce the Fotona LineLase TM, a minimally invasive laser treatment for stretch marks

What is LineLase TM?
LineLase TM is an effective and safe laser treatment for stretch marks that is appropriate for all skin types. It softens and flattens the appearance of stretch marks while improving the overall appearance of the skin. It is a comfortable and non-aggressive procedure, allowing patients to return immediately to their normal routines.
How does the LineLase TM treatment work?
LineLase TM is a 2-step procedure that combines Fotona SMOOTH® tightening with ablative resurfacing. The first stage consists of a revolutionary non-ablative Er:YAG SMOOTH® mode applied to the treatment area, which is ideal for skin tightening. The intense, controlled surface tissue heating stimulates collagen remodeling and initiates neocollagenesis. The effects result in an overall improvement of laxity and elasticity in the treated areas.
The second stage consists of skin ablation with a full or fractional Er:YAG beam, which improves the scar characteristics of striae and removes superficial imperfections.
The skin will be slightly red with a warm feeling. Some skin peeling will occur for the next 2-4 days.
The number of treatments depends on how severe the stretch marks are and how your body’s healing response to the laser. In general, 1-5 treatments separated by 4 weeks can be expected.
For best results, laser treatment should be performed as soon as possible after the appearance of stretch marks, as it is generally more successful for treating stretch marks in the early stages (Striae rubra). The treatment should be repeated several times, depending on the size and condition of the skin
